An outline will help you organize your ideas for your publication. Your thoughts won’t be all cluttered and you will have a crystal clear idea on how to connect your ideas.
Doesn’t matter if you are writing a blog post, or a chapter of a book – creating an outline is a helpful method to start working on your writing. For example, if you are stuck on a particular part of your story, start by writing what’s happening, what will be the outcome and what activities will take place.
Then, all you have to do is fill in the gaps with the dialogue, facts or anything else you want to write.
2. Write First, Edit Later
Nobody in this world is perfect ‒ and neither is your writing. It’s nearly impossible to create flawless content on your first try.
Most authors know, that the first draft is going to be quite disappointing. Doesn’t mean that the story itself is bad – all it needs is a little bit of editing.
